The Woodside Square project created a beautiful new neighbourhood on the site of an old hospital in Muswell Hill, London. Made up of 138 apartments for independent older people in new garden villas and restored heritage buildings, combined with 21 family houses knitted together with sensitive masterplanning and landscape design, the site has been brought back to life and adapted to meet the needs of the areas changing demographics.
